Bakar is just like any other willing participant of the rat race; scurrying in vain for the ultimate career ladder lift; not necessarily envied but constantly envious of those around him. In his pursuit for perfection, he chances upon what he thinks is an embodiment of "True Automation"-the "Tru-Fridge unit.

Much to his delight, his automated fridge puts his rich neighbour, Mr Wang, in an envious spin. In a kiasu fit, Mr Wang buys the whole range of automated household electrical products from Trumation Ltd to one-up Bakar.

It would have been just that - a spat between two neighbours if there wasn't something more sinister behind the shiny façades of the most efficient" household products ever seen.

The present and the future collide with a warning from the future of the perils of a Trumation Nation. Mankind, in the future, has been compromised and it is now up to Bakar to change mankind's easy acceptance of their automated "helpers, before it is too late.
